ABOUT THE BUILDER:

Tanner's journey towards establishing the T L Roe Company began during his college days at St. Olaf College, where he initially pursued a career in architecture. While there, he also took courses in economics and accounting recognizing the desire to one day have his own business. Although initially considering architecture as his chosen path, his time working as a carpenter after college solidified his belief that construction was his true calling. After working for several custom home builders here in the valley, he eventually realized he desired the freedom to execute projects according to his own vision.

When it came to selecting the name for his company, Tanner drew inspiration from his great-great-grandfather, Lars Ingebrigtson Roe, who owned a furniture company named the L I Roe Company in Stanley, WI. To this day, Tanner's parents still have pieces of furniture from this company. The name T L Roe not only pays homage to his family's legacy but also forms the guiding principle of the T L Roe Company, and that is to create lasting pieces of work to be enjoyed for generations to come.
PROCESS:
- After initially reaching out, you can expect a response within 24-48 hours. You can also expect this level of communication during construction as we believe that consistent communication is fundamental to progressing the project.

- If you don't have an architect or designer, we have a wide variety of professionals that we work with on a consistent basis. We can arrange a meeting to ensure they will be the right fit for not only you but also your project.

- Included in each month's billing is the original contracted budget as well as any changes to date. This ensures that you are constantly in the loop of where the budget stands and what is the remaining balance to completion. Invoices are provided from subcontractors for full accountability.

-Weekly reports are sent to you, and also the architect, designer, and superintendent associated with your project. The intent is to keep all parties involved on the same page to ensure that you are given the best possible product.

-Through the building project, when issues come up, whether it's a scheduling issue, or a subcontractor installed something incorrectly, we will own up to it and remedy it. We 100% stand behind our work.
